Positive: We stayed at Stella Stays almost a month. The good things about this place I could tell only few: - Great location. Many restaurants around, few small stores and one Migros nearby, next door is the farmacy - Online support team was very responsive, even though on the distance (seems like they're located in UAE) - Big bathroom - Dishwasher
Negative: Unfortunately we had an awful experience with apartment itself. Once we enter it for the first time we realised that everything is outdated, furniture is with stains, AC is very dusty, noisy and basically works very bad. But the biggest problem for us was a strong smell of the cigarettes! It felt like someone smoke inside of this apartment non-stop even though Stella Stays is non-smoking place (it mentioned in the app). There is no reception and no one could speak English, so you have to communicate through the WhatsApp support. After my complaint the team of Stella offered another room for us (Thanks God it was available)and we moved. But experience was really bad. There is no cleaning service included even if you booked for a long term. You have to pay extra 50-70€ everytime. Bed sheets old and with holes, towels old and not that bright white. AC is another story. I guess its not even AC, its a fan. Very-very noisy, dusty and we doesn't help with cooling down the room at the summer time and warming up at the winter time. I really hope Stella Stays will take these notes into consideration and we'll make a renovation and deep cleaning.

Positive: Lovely apartment in a nice neighborhood in Istanbul, it's quite close to Taksim but a bit far from other attractions. It wasn't my first time in Turkey and I didn't come for tourism so it was perfect for me. The area is super safe and quiet. There's public transportation, shops etc. nearby. The apartment itself was clean and had all everything you'd need and more, especially for long stays. Wifi is fast and reliable. The customer service is one of the best I've ever had. They're quick to respond to solve your issue. I once contacted them late at night because of a small issue I had and it was solved by the morning! Overall, great stay and worth the money. Would recommend :)
Negative: The A/C is a bit weak, takes too long to cool the place especially in the living room. The one in the bedroom was fine.

Positive: i like the location and quiet area, metro is not far and a bus station, the apartment was beautiful, clean and nice but the air conditioning was low cool. the wifi was so good but the TV was with no channels, just using internet like netflex but needs subscription. i like the code key system to open the doors. the payment was smooth and staff were responsive and professionally made our stay easy.
Negative: i didn't like the view in the 2st floor, the lights in the living room was not modern, the price of the apartment was more than expected, i think it needs to be cheaper
